Abstract

This community service aims to help MSME entrepreneurs, such as one of Ngodeng's franchise partners in Padang City, named Ngodeng Goody, to develop a new business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The stages of these activities include: identification problems, socialization and discussion of BMC, proposals for new business models, result and evaluation of the development of new business models. As the results, the owner of Ngodeng Goody was able to develop a strategy for developing his business model to increase income and maintain the sustainability of his business in the face of competition.
